Excellent Hotel Experience

clean rooms helpful team food service refreshing drinks

I liked that the rooms were very clean. The housekeeping service was among the best I experienced. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The 24-hour food service and refreshing drinks were amazing, even to customize them.

The hotel is located near the Jungceylon mall. That's the only plus point. The reception was not air-conditioned.

There are two pools available , including one on the roof. I saw that the rooftop pool has a bar and nice views of the beach. Towels are provided for both the pool and the beach.

The restaurant has really good food. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet. I saw that the breakfast was improved, and the chef apologized. I recommend pizza.

I found the hotel clean and the room spacious. service was very good. All my requests were handled efficiently. the location is nice. I could easily walk to the mall. the staff was very friendly. They quickly attended to my needs.

the included breakfast was average! i expected more variety. i think the hotel should expand the breakfast menu.

i found the location very convenient. it was easy to access nearby attractions. the room was clean and well kept. the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the hotel staff were attentive, they responded quickly to requests.

the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long during peak hours.

the room had a good desk. it was useful for working. room service food was tasty. it was a plus.

the location was acceptable, near various shops and restaurants.

I was disappointed by the small size of the balcony in my room. It felt cramped and lacked daylight. this. it detracted from what could have been a relaxing part of the stay.
